About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy advanced Gen AI and ML models to solve complex business problems for enterprise clients.
- Lead end‑to‑end AI solution lifecycle, from data ingestion and feature engineering to model training, validation, and production deployment on AWS.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (data scientists, software engineers, product managers) to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Implement best practices for model monitoring, performance tuning, and continuous improvement in a production environment.
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and promote a culture of knowledge sharing and technical excellence.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a strong portfolio of production‑grade models.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and experience with Gen AI frameworks.
- Hands‑on experience deploying ML solutions on AWS (SageMaker, ECS, Lambda, S3).
- Solid understanding of data pipelines, feature stores, and model governance.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, strong communication, and a collaborative mindset.
