Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced agentic AI systems that accelerate government acquisition workflows, leveraging Python, ML, NLP, and reinforcement learning on cloud platforms.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement multi‑step autonomous AI agents that streamline procurement processes for high‑stakes government contracts.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable ML solutions.
- Deploy models to production environments using Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS services, ensuring high availability and security.
- Continuously evaluate agent performance, iterate on reward structures, and integrate feedback loops for improved decision quality.
- Document design decisions, maintain code quality, and mentor junior engineers on best practices in AI engineering.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building production‑grade AI systems, with a strong focus on agentic or reinforcement learning.
- Proficiency in Python, deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow), and NLP libraries.
- Hands‑on experience with cloud deployment (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a track record of delivering high‑impact solutions in regulated or mission‑critical domains.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
