AI Engineer
Lead the design, development, and scaling of end‑to‑end AI systems using modern ML frameworks, generative AI, and cloud‑native MLOps tooling to deliver measurable business value in customer‑facing and operational scenarios.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable machine learning and generative AI solutions that drive tangible business outcomes.
- Build robust end‑to‑end pipelines for data ingestion, model training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and production‑ready AI services.
- Leverage cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes) to ensure high availability, security, and cost efficiency.
- Champion best practices in MLOps, including version control, reproducibility, automated testing, and monitoring.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a strong portfolio of production deployments.
- Proficiency in Python, modern ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow), and generative AI techniques.
- Hands‑on experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow) and cloud services (AWS/GCP).
- Solid understanding of data engineering concepts, SQL, and big data platforms.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, strong communication, and a collaborative mindset.
