Senior AI Engineer - RealPage, Inc.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the technical roadmap for agentic and generative AI products, ensuring scalability and alignment with business goals.
• Architect end‑to‑end AI pipelines, from data ingestion and model training to deployment and monitoring in cloud environments.
• Lead a cross‑functional team of data scientists and engineers, providing mentorship and establishing best practices for model development and MLOps.
• Collaborate with product and domain experts to translate property‑tech challenges into AI‑driven solutions, including large language model integration and prompt engineering.
• Evaluate emerging AI research, prototype innovative approaches, and drive their adoption into production systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience building and deploying deep‑learning models, preferably with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Strong expertise in large language models, prompt engineering, and generative AI techniques.
• Proficiency in Python and modern MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, monitoring).
• Experience designing scalable AI architectures on AWS or equivalent cloud platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams, influence strategy, and communicate complex concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
