AI Engineer
Lead the design and production of AI‑native media pipelines, building agentic workflows and internal tools that accelerate long‑form content creation across podcasts, series, and social media using Python, generative models, and cloud infrastructure.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and ship end‑to‑end AI pipelines that generate, edit, and distribute media content at studio scale.
- Develop agentic workflows and internal tools to automate repetitive production tasks, improving speed and consistency.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate generative models into the content creation workflow.
- Ensure high reliability and scalability of AI services on AWS, using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Prototype rapidly while maintaining production‑grade code quality, documentation, and testing.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building production AI systems, preferably in media or content creation.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with generative AI frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Hands‑on experience with media processing pipelines, video/audio codecs, and metadata management.
- Deep knowledge of AWS services (S3, Lambda, ECS/EKS) and container orchestration.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a track record of delivering robust, scalable solutions.
