Lead the design and deployment of large language models and fine‑tuning pipelines to transform fragmented debt‑market data into actionable insights, leveraging Python, ML, NLP and AWS for scalable, high‑impact solutions.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end‑to‑end LLM pipelines for debt‑market data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Fine‑tune state‑of‑the‑art language models on proprietary credit datasets to improve accuracy and relevance.
- Collaborate with data engineers to ingest, clean, and store large volumes of structured and unstructured financial data.
- Deploy models to production on AWS, ensuring scalability, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.
- Continuously evaluate model performance, iterate on training strategies, and document best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in applied machine learning with a focus on NLP and LLMs.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and AWS services (SageMaker, Lambda, S3).
- Strong background in fine‑tuning large language models and handling domain‑specific data.
- Experience with data pipelines, version control, and CI/CD for ML workflows.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
