About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and lead end‑to‑end AI and data pipelines for the A2C Insights & Data Foundation, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define data models, feature engineering strategies, and model deployment workflows.
- Mentor and grow a high‑performing engineering squad, fostering best practices in code quality, testing, and CI/CD.
- Drive continuous improvement of data infrastructure on AWS, leveraging services such as S3, Redshift, and EMR.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions, presenting insights to stakeholders and influencing product direction.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on AI/ML and data engineering.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and experience with Apache Spark for large‑scale data processing.
- Hands‑on expertise with AWS data services (S3, Redshift, EMR, SageMaker) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent leadership skills, with a proven track record of building and scaling engineering teams.
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
