About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy production‑grade machine learning models using Python and AWS services (SageMaker, Lambda, Glue).
- Build and maintain end‑to‑end data pipelines for structured and unstructured data, ensuring data quality and governance.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into AI features and APIs.
- Implement NLP solutions for text analytics, intent recognition, and automated content generation.
- Monitor model performance, conduct A/B testing, and iterate on models to improve accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a strong Python background.
- Proven expertise in AWS ML services and scalable data pipeline architecture.
- Hands‑on experience with NLP libraries (spaCy, Hugging Face, NLTK) and model deployment.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for continuous learning.
