Senior AI Engineer - ITS Informationstechnik Service GmbH

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and production‑grade deploy end‑to‑end machine learning pipelines in Python.
• Design and train deep learning models (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers) with TensorFlow or PyTorch for real‑world applications.
• Integrate AI services into cloud environments, primarily AWS (SageMaker, Lambda, S3, EC2).
• Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and software engineers to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
• Maintain model performance, monitor drift, and implement continuous improvement cycles.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with TensorFlow/PyTorch.
• Hands‑on experience deploying models on AWS (SageMaker, Lambda).
• Solid understanding of data engineering concepts and SQL.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
