Lead the design and deployment of AI systems that emulate human behaviour, leveraging advanced machine learning, reinforcement learning, and natural language processing on cloud platforms.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end‑to‑end AI pipelines that model human-like decision making and interaction.
- Develop and train deep learning and reinforcement learning models using Python and TensorFlow/PyTorch.
- Integrate multimodal data (vision, speech, text) to create cohesive behavioural outputs.
- Deploy scalable solutions on AWS, ensuring performance, security, and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high quality standards.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a focus on human‑like behaviour.
- Proficiency in Python, deep learning frameworks, and reinforcement learning libraries.
- Strong background in NLP and computer vision techniques.
- Hands‑on experience deploying models on AWS (SageMaker, ECS, Lambda).
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a passion for cutting‑edge AI research.
