About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop end‑to‑end AI pipelines for guest‑interaction analytics, from data ingestion to model deployment.
- Collaborate with product and data teams to define feature requirements and translate business goals into ML solutions.
- Implement state‑of‑the‑art NLP and deep‑learning models, optimizing for performance and scalability on AWS.
- Maintain and improve model monitoring, versioning, and continuous integration workflows.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in code quality, testing, and documentation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building production ML systems in Python.
- Strong background in NLP, deep learning, and statistical modeling.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS services (SageMaker, Lambda, S3, EC2).
- Proficiency in data engineering tools (SQL, Spark, Airflow).
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
