AI Engineer
Lead the design and deployment of AI and Generative AI solutions for insurance claims, driving rapid experimentation, model development, and production scaling using Python, deep‑learning frameworks, and cloud services.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and deploy end‑to‑end AI models that automate and enhance the insurance claims lifecycle.
- Lead rapid prototyping cycles, iterating on generative AI techniques to deliver tangible business value.
- Collaborate with data engineers and domain experts to integrate large‑scale datasets and ensure model robustness.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud infrastructure (AWS) for scalable production deployments.
- Mentor junior engineers, establish best practices, and contribute to technical documentation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience building and deploying machine‑learning models, preferably in the insurance or financial services domain.
- Strong proficiency in Python and deep‑learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Hands‑on experience with generative AI models (e.g., GPT, diffusion models) and prompt engineering.
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS), containerization (Docker), and orchestration tools.
- Demonstrated ability to work in fast‑paced, experimental environments and deliver production‑ready solutions.
