Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement Vision‑Language‑Action (VLA) driving foundation models using large‑scale autonomous driving datasets.
• Develop multimodal pipelines that fuse camera/video, map, trajectory, action, and language data for sequential model training and evaluation.
• Advance driving scene understanding, temporal reasoning, agent interaction modeling, and risk/event detection through cutting‑edge VLM/VLA techniques.
• Collaborate with data engineering and system teams to optimize GPU‑based training workflows and model inference pipelines.
• Produce high‑quality research papers, technical reports, and internal demos to showcase model performance improvements.

Requirements

• PhD or Master’s in Computer Science, AI, or related field with strong research background.
• Proven experience in Vision‑Language or multimodal deep learning, preferably in autonomous driving.
• Expertise in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and GPU‑accelerated training.
• Solid understanding of driving perception, planning, and control pipelines.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate research into production‑ready solutions.
