Senior AI Engineer responsible for designing and deploying AI models that power a healthcare marketing operating system, leveraging Python, machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and cloud services to deliver privacy‑compliant, context‑aware solutions.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and productionize machine‑learning models that generate contextual insights for healthcare professionals.
- Implement end‑to‑end pipelines for data ingestion, preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and monitoring.
- Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
- Optimize model performance and cost efficiency on cloud platforms, primarily AWS.
- Ensure compliance with privacy regulations and maintain data security throughout the AI workflow.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience building and deploying ML/DL models in production.
- Strong proficiency in Python and deep‑learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Expertise in Natural Language Processing techniques, including embeddings, transformers, and text classification.
- Experience with AWS services (SageMaker, EC2, S3, Lambda) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Solid understanding of data privacy standards (HIPAA, GDPR) and ability to implement compliant AI pipelines.
