Lead end‑to‑end AI solutions for clients, designing and deploying production‑grade ML models on AWS, while applying advanced MLOps practices and deep learning techniques to deliver measurable business impact.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and pipelines on AWS, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Implement MLOps workflows using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines to automate model training, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate closely with clients to gather requirements, translate business problems into data‑driven solutions, and present findings in clear, actionable terms.
- Conduct rigorous model validation, monitoring, and continuous improvement to maintain accuracy and relevance over time.
- Mentor junior data scientists and engineers, fostering best practices in coding, experimentation, and documentation.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or data science, with a strong portfolio of production deployments.
- Proficiency in Python, deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and cloud services (AWS SageMaker, EC2, S3).
- Hands‑on expertise in MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, or similar, plus containerization with Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
- Excellent communication skills and proven ability to translate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience in client‑facing consulting roles and delivering end‑to‑end AI solutions.
