About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and deploy production‑grade machine learning models and data pipelines using Python and cloud services.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into data‑driven solutions.

- Mentor junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of experimentation and knowledge sharing.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a strong background in data science.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Hands‑on experience with data engineering tools (Spark, Kafka, Airflow) and model serving frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
