Senior AI Engineer - Customer Engagement Insights - SAP

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and productionize machine‑learning models that analyze multi‑modal customer interaction data (text, voice, clickstreams).
• Collaborate with product, data engineering, and UX teams to define data pipelines, feature engineering strategies, and evaluation metrics.
• Implement scalable AI solutions on AWS, leveraging services such as SageMaker, Lambda, and S3 for model training, serving, and monitoring.
• Research and integrate state‑of‑the‑art NLP techniques (e.g., transformers, sentiment analysis) to improve insight accuracy.
• Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices in reproducibility and model governance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience building and deploying ML/NLP models in production.
• Strong proficiency in Python and deep‑learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Hands‑on experience with AWS cloud services for AI/ML workloads.
• Solid understanding of data engineering concepts, including ETL, feature stores, and relational/NoSQL databases.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical ideas to cross‑functional stakeholders.
