Conquer AI is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to build practical AI systems that solve real operational problems for enterprise clients. This role involves developing Agentic AI workflows, LLM-powered applications, and RAG systems, and integrating them with business tools.

What you’ll work on:
- Agentic AI workflows
- LLM-powered applications
- RAG and knowledge systems
- Document extraction and classification
- Workflow automation
- API and system integrations
- Client-facing prototypes and production builds
- Internal Conquer AI product development
What you’ll do:
- Build AI systems using Python, Node.js, TypeScript, LLMs, and modern AI tooling
- Work with senior engineers and architects to design end-to-end solutions
- Join client sessions to understand workflows and technical requirements
- Help turn messy business processes into clear AI-enabled systems
- Build reliable, explainable, and secure AI applications
- Move quickly from concept to working product
We’re looking for:
- Strong software engineering experience
- Hands-on experience with AI, LLMs, RAG, agents, ML systems, or automation
- Good backend engineering capability
- Experience with APIs, data, integrations, and production systems
- Clear communication and client-facing confidence
- A bias for action and ownership
