Lead AI initiatives to transform underwriting, operations, and customer experience using Python, Machine Learning, and AWS. Drive end‑to‑end model development, data pipelines, and production deployment in a fast‑paced insurance environment.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models for underwriting, fraud detection, and customer insights.
- Build and maintain robust data pipelines and feature stores using Python and AWS services (S3, Glue, Redshift).
- Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and engineering teams to translate business problems into AI solutions.
- Implement model monitoring, versioning, and continuous improvement workflows to ensure high performance and compliance.
- Advise on AI strategy, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation across the organization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in applied machine learning within a data‑rich industry.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and AWS cloud services.
- Strong background in deep learning, NLP, or computer vision techniques.
- Hands‑on experience with model deployment tools (SageMaker, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
