Key Responsibilities
Architect and implement closed‑loop simulation frameworks that support real‑time interaction and counterfactual scenario generation.
Develop and train reinforcement learning agents to optimize decision policies within simulated environments.
Integrate simulation outputs with downstream analytics pipelines for data‑driven insights.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business objectives into simulation and RL models.
Evaluate model performance using rigorous metrics and iterate on design for continuous improvement.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in AI/ML with a focus on reinforcement learning and simulation.
Proficiency in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and simulation libraries (e.g., OpenAI Gym, Unity ML‑Agents).
Strong background in counterfactual reasoning and data generation techniques.
Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to communicate complex concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for scalable model training and deployment.
