Lead the design and deployment of AI solutions that transform financial close processes, leveraging Python, deep learning frameworks, and cloud services to deliver scalable, high‑performance models for enterprise finance applications.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and production‑grade AI models that automate and optimize financial close workflows.
- Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and finance experts to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Implement end‑to‑end ML pipelines using Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud services (AWS) for data ingestion, training, and inference.
- Ensure model robustness, scalability, and compliance with security and regulatory standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in code quality, testing, and documentation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a strong portfolio of production deployments.
- Proficiency in Python, deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow or PyTorch), and cloud platforms (AWS).
- Solid background in data engineering, SQL, and large‑scale data processing.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to communicate complex concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience in the finance or accounting domain is a plus.
