Lead the design and deployment of secure, high‑performance generative AI agents and orchestration workflows using Python, OpenAI, Anthropic, and MCP, ensuring compliance with FedRAMP High and DoD security standards.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain generative AI agents and multi‑agent orchestration pipelines on the Ask Sage platform.
- Implement prompt engineering strategies to optimize model performance across OpenAI, Anthropic, and MCP stacks.
- Integrate function‑calling and tooling to extend agent capabilities and streamline workflows.
- Ensure all code and infrastructure meet FedRAMP High, DoD IL5/IL6, and Top Secret security requirements.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define product requirements and deliver AI‑powered solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a focus on generative models.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, and MCP APIs.
- Strong background in prompt engineering and agent orchestration frameworks.
- Deep understanding of security best practices and experience with FedRAMP or DoD‑level compliance.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
