About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain agentic AI solutions that adapt to dynamic contexts and user intents.
- Design and implement robust data pipelines for ingesting, processing, and storing large‑scale datasets supporting AI models.
- Apply continuous improvement methodologies to monitor model performance, detect drift, and trigger automated retraining.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate AI components into production services, ensuring reliability and scalability.
- Leverage cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) and CI/CD practices to automate deployment, testing, and monitoring of AI workloads.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with strong Python programming skills.
- Proven expertise in building and optimizing data pipelines and data engineering workflows.
- Hands‑on experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar) and model lifecycle management.
- Solid understanding of cloud services (AWS) and infrastructure‑as‑code/CI‑CD tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions).
- Demonstrated ability to apply continuous improvement techniques, monitor model health, and implement automated retraining pipelines.
