About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full AI lifecycle from concept and data strategy to model development, validation, and deployment in production environments.
- Design and implement state‑of‑the‑art generative models (e.g., GPT, diffusion, multimodal) using PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions, ensuring alignment with ethical and regulatory standards.
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices in model reproducibility and documentation.
- Deploy and monitor models on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) with CI/CD pipelines, ensuring high availability and performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong portfolio of production‑grade models.
- Proficiency in Python, deep learning frameworks, and experience with generative AI techniques.
- Hands‑on experience with cloud services (AWS) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills and a consultative mindset for client engagement.
