Senior AI Engineer - Agentic Workflow - Zoom

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement agent orchestration frameworks that coordinate multiple LLM‑powered components to execute autonomous, multi‑step tasks.
• Develop end‑to‑end pipelines for LLM evaluation, including metric definition, data collection, and automated benchmarking.
• Build and maintain scalable infrastructure (AWS, Kubernetes) for training, serving, and monitoring intelligent agents.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate agentic solutions into existing platforms, ensuring reliability and security.
• Research and prototype emerging AI techniques (prompt engineering, retrieval‑augmented generation) to continuously improve agent performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on large language models and agent systems.
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Hands‑on expertise in building, deploying, and scaling LLM‑based services on cloud platforms (AWS) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Demonstrated ability to design evaluation metrics and automated testing pipelines for LLM outputs.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and a track record of delivering production‑grade AI solutions.
