Senior AI Enablement Engineer - MUFG

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI‑enabled development platforms and APIs that integrate large language models into existing software pipelines.
• Collaborate with engineering squads to embed prompt engineering, model fine‑tuning, and inference services into daily workflows.
• Build CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and governance for AI components to ensure reliability, security, and compliance.
• Develop reusable libraries, SDKs, and documentation that accelerate AI adoption across the organization.
• Provide technical mentorship and training to engineers on AI best practices, model evaluation, and responsible AI usage.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with strong Python development skills.
• Hands‑on experience deploying and scaling machine‑learning models (LLMs or similar) in cloud environments such as AWS.
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Demonstrated ability to create prompt engineering solutions and integrate LLM APIs into production systems.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and a track record of driving AI adoption in cross‑functional teams.
