About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement end‑to‑end AI pipelines for voice, text, and customer data integration.
- Build and maintain CI/CD workflows, containerization, and cloud deployments on AWS.
- Collaborate with product, data science, and front‑end teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers, promote best practices, and champion a culture of rapid iteration.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot production issues, and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with Python and Node.js.
- Strong background in AI/ML model deployment and inference optimization.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS services (Lambda, ECS, S3, RDS) and Docker.
- Proficiency in CI/CD tooling (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI).
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for building developer‑first products.
