Software Engineer
Lead end‑to‑end AI projects, designing and deploying scalable models on AWS using Python and TensorFlow, while driving data engineering best practices and continuous improvement of ML pipelines.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and production‑grade deploy machine learning models using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch on AWS services (SageMaker, EC2, S3).
- Collaborate with data scientists and product teams to translate business problems into robust ML solutions and feature engineering pipelines.
- Design and maintain scalable data pipelines, ensuring data quality, governance, and compliance across multiple data sources.
- Implement model monitoring, A/B testing, and performance tuning to sustain high accuracy and low latency in production.
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices in version control, CI/CD, and automated testing.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering with a strong portfolio of deployed models.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud-native ML services (AWS SageMaker, Lambda, Glue).
- Hands‑on experience with TensorFlow/PyTorch, data preprocessing, and model optimization techniques.
- Solid understanding of data engineering concepts, ETL pipelines, and data lake architectures.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work across cross‑functional teams.
