Lead the design and implementation of generative and agentic AI solutions on SAP Business Technology Platform, leveraging Python, machine‑learning frameworks, and cloud architecture to deliver intelligent applications for enterprise customers.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and deploy generative and agentic AI models within the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) ecosystem.
- Collaborate with product owners and solution architects to translate business requirements into scalable AI services.
- Implement end‑to‑end pipelines using Python, ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and integrate them with SAP BTP services such as AI Core, AI Foundation, and data services.
- Optimize model performance, cost, and latency for production workloads on cloud infrastructure.
- Mentor junior AI engineers and promote best practices for model governance, testing, and monitoring.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML development, with a focus on generative or agentic AI techniques.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with major ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face).
- Hands‑on experience with SAP Business Technology Platform services, especially AI Core, AI Foundation, and integration APIs.
- Solid understanding of cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven ability to design, train, and deploy production‑grade AI models at scale.
