Senior AI Developer (AVP) leading design and production of LLM‑driven copilots, agentic workflows, and automation services for investment management platforms, using Python, AI orchestration, and scalable distributed architectures.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy production‑grade AI components such as copilots, agentic workflows, and automation services within investment management solutions.
- Architect scalable, secure distributed systems that integrate Large Language Models, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG), and custom agent frameworks.
- Implement AI orchestration pipelines to manage model serving, data flow, and real‑time inference across cloud environments.
- Collaborate with product, data, and security teams to translate emerging AI patterns into enterprise‑ready solutions.
- Monitor performance, conduct root‑cause analysis, and continuously optimize AI services for latency, cost, and reliability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on software engineering experience, with deep expertise in Python and large‑scale AI system development.
- Proven experience building and operating LLM‑based applications, including RAG and agentic architectures.
- Strong background in distributed systems, cloud platforms, and AI orchestration tools.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver secure, production‑grade AI solutions in regulated financial environments.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work cross‑functionally with stakeholders.
