About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and production‑grade deploy large language model pipelines using Python and PyTorch.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
- Conduct rigorous experimentation, hyper‑parameter tuning, and performance evaluation of LLMs.
- Integrate model outputs into web and mobile applications, ensuring low latency and high reliability.
- Document best practices, maintain reproducible research artifacts, and mentor junior data scientists.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/Data Science with a focus on LLMs.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and NLP libraries (Hugging Face, spaCy).
- Strong background in machine learning fundamentals, statistical analysis, and data engineering.
- Experience deploying models at scale (cloud or on‑premise) and optimizing for performance.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
