Senior AI Business & System Analyst - Broadcom

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and implement AI‑driven solutions that enhance operational efficiency and program outcomes.
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives to automate processes, integrate analytics, and improve decision‑making frameworks.
• Collaborate with global leadership and partners to define requirements, design system architectures, and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting tools to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide expert guidance on AI, machine‑learning, and analytics best practices, mentoring junior analysts and fostering a data‑centric culture.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, AI/ML solution design, or process automation within large‑scale enterprise environments.
• Proficiency in AI/ML concepts, data analytics, and SQL; hands‑on experience with Python or similar scripting languages is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a track record of delivering measurable business impact.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, capable of translating technical insights into actionable business strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications in AI/ML is advantageous.
