About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end M&A analysis, from target identification to due diligence, using AI‑powered data tools to uncover synergies and risks.
- Develop and maintain financial models that forecast post‑acquisition performance, including revenue, cost, and cash‑flow projections.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—engineering, product, finance—to assess technical fit and integration requirements.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Track market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic acquisition opportunities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or investment banking with a focus on M&A.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (Python, SQL, Excel).
- Deep understanding of AI technologies and their business applications.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience working in a fast‑paced, global environment is a plus.
