Lead the design and deployment of AI‑driven automation solutions for senior care, leveraging Python, TensorFlow, and AWS to build scalable, data‑centric workflows that improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop end‑to‑end AI automation pipelines that streamline clinical workflows and enhance patient monitoring.
- Collaborate with data scientists and clinicians to translate research models into production‑ready services using Python and TensorFlow.
- Implement robust data ingestion, preprocessing, and feature engineering workflows on AWS (S3, Glue, SageMaker).
- Ensure model reliability, monitoring, and continuous improvement through automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.
- Mentor junior engineers and drive best practices in code quality, documentation, and security.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a focus on automation.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud services (AWS preferred).
- Strong background in data engineering, ETL, and scalable pipeline design.
- Experience with DevOps practices, containerization (Docker), and CI/CD.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for improving senior healthcare outcomes.
