Lead the design and implementation of advanced generative AI solutions, leveraging Python, ML, and cloud platforms to deliver scalable, high‑impact AI products.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect end‑to‑end generative AI pipelines, from data ingestion to model deployment, ensuring performance, scalability, and security.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into AI solutions, selecting appropriate models and frameworks.
- Lead model training, fine‑tuning, and evaluation, applying best practices in ML Ops and continuous integration.
- Design and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure) for AI workloads, optimizing cost and resource utilization.
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and promote knowledge sharing on emerging AI technologies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a focus on generative models.
- Proficiency in Python, deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow), and cloud services (AWS, Azure).
- Strong understanding of NLP, computer vision, and large‑scale data processing.
- Experience with MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to lead technical initiatives.
