About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy end‑to‑end machine learning pipelines to extract insights from large industrial datasets.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business challenges into data‑driven solutions.
- Implement scalable models on AWS, ensuring performance, security, and compliance.
- Mentor junior data scientists and promote best practices in model governance and reproducibility.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data science or machine learning roles within industrial or manufacturing settings.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch).
- Hands‑on experience with AWS services (SageMaker, EC2, S3, Lambda).
- Strong statistical background and ability to design experiments and evaluate model performance.
- Excellent communication skills and a track record of delivering actionable insights.
