About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain enterprise‑grade automation frameworks leveraging Selenium, Python, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Design and implement AI/ML‑driven testing solutions, including predictive quality models and autonomous test execution.
- Transform raw test and production data into actionable insights through analytics, visualizations, and dashboards.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate automated testing into release cycles and cloud environments (AWS).
- Mentor junior engineers and champion best practices for test reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in quality engineering, test automation, and AI/ML applied to testing.
- Proficiency in Python and Selenium WebDriver for building robust test suites.
- Hands‑on experience with machine‑learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit‑learn) to create predictive quality models.
- Strong data‑analytics skills, including data manipulation, statistical analysis, and dashboard creation (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and cloud platforms such as AWS.
