About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Build and deploy autonomous AI agents for finance, accounts payable, goods receipt/issue, tax, and close processes.
- Design and implement LLM orchestration, prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and enterprise memory layers.
- Develop end‑to‑end agent workflows, ensuring traceability, auditability, and compliance with financial controls.
- Integrate agents with SAP/ERP systems, leveraging APIs and data pipelines to enable seamless process automation.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to refine use cases, gather requirements, and iterate on agent performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on LLMs and agentic systems.
- Proven expertise in prompt engineering, RAG, and LLM orchestration frameworks.
- Hands‑on experience integrating AI solutions with SAP or other ERP platforms.
- Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with cloud AI services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and a track record of delivering production‑ready AI products.
