Lead the strategy and delivery of AI‑driven employee digital experience and content management solutions, guiding cross‑functional teams through Agile product cycles and leveraging cloud services to create intuitive, scalable workplace tools.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for AI‑enabled employee digital experience and content management platforms.
- Collaborate with UX designers, engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to translate user needs into actionable features.
- Drive Agile Scrum ceremonies, prioritize work items, and ensure timely delivery of high‑quality releases.
- Leverage cloud services and AI models to build scalable, secure, and personalized employee tools.
- Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and iterate continuously to improve adoption and satisfaction.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product ownership experience, preferably in AI‑enhanced or digital workplace solutions.
- Strong understanding of agentic AI concepts, content management systems, and modern cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, SAP Business Technology Platform).
- Proven track record of leading Agile teams and delivering complex software products.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to align technical and business goals.
- Experience in enterprise environments, preferably with SAP solutions or large‑scale digital transformation projects.
