Product Manager
Lead the design and launch of AI‑powered customer experience products across voice, chat, email, and SMS, driving strategy, roadmap, and cross‑functional execution for a top conversational AI platform.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and feature prioritization for AI agent solutions across multiple channels.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and data science teams to deliver high‑impact, scalable product releases.
- Analyze user behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions and iterate on features.
- Engage with enterprise customers to gather feedback, validate concepts, and ensure successful adoption.
- Drive cross‑functional alignment, including sales, marketing, and support, to launch and scale new capabilities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS or AI‑driven platforms.
- Strong understanding of conversational AI, voice, chat, email, and SMS technologies.
- Proven track record of delivering complex products from concept to launch.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with data‑driven decision making and A/B testing.
