Security Engineer
Senior cybersecurity engineer leading design, implementation, and operation of Active Directory and Azure AD services, driving identity governance, automation, and security hardening for enterprise environments.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain on‑premises Active Directory and Azure AD infrastructures to support enterprise identity and access management.
- Develop and automate provisioning, de‑provisioning, and lifecycle management processes using PowerShell and other scripting tools.
- Implement security controls, hardening, and monitoring for directory services, including LDAP, Kerberos, and Group Policy.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional security teams to integrate identity solutions with broader security architecture and incident response workflows.
- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and best‑practice documentation for engineering and operations teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing Active Directory and Azure AD in large, complex environments.
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash) and automation experience.
- Deep understanding of IAM concepts, authentication protocols (Kerberos, SAML, OAuth), and security hardening practices.
- Hands‑on experience with Windows Server, LDAP, and Group Policy management.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot, resolve, and document directory‑service issues at scale.
