Lead the design, integration, and delivery of complex aerospace systems, combining hardware, software, and networking expertise to drive next‑generation aviation technology.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee end‑to‑end system integration for advanced aerospace platforms.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define requirements, validate designs, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Lead technical reviews, risk assessments, and performance validation of hardware and software components.
- Mentor junior engineers and coordinate with suppliers to maintain schedule and quality.
- Document system architecture, interfaces, and test plans for certification and future maintenance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace, Electrical, or Systems Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in systems engineering within the aerospace or defense sector.
- Proficiency in hardware and software integration, networked system design, and validation methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with industry standards such as DO-178C, DO-254, or equivalent.
