About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and lead end‑to‑end penetration tests across web, cloud, and network environments.
- Develop and maintain a scalable penetration testing framework aligned with industry standards (NIST, OWASP).
- Mentor and grow a team of security professionals, providing technical guidance and career development.
- Collaborate with architecture and DevOps teams to integrate security controls into CI/CD pipelines.
- Analyze findings, produce actionable remediation plans, and track progress with stakeholders.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity with a focus on penetration testing and security architecture.
- Proficiency in tools such as Metasploit, Burp Suite, Nmap, and Kali Linux.
- Strong scripting skills in Python and Bash for automation.
- Experience designing security solutions on AWS and other cloud platforms.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical findings to non‑technical audiences.
