About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and workflows to support ITIL processes and asset management.
- Design and implement automation scripts and tools (e.g., PowerShell, JavaScript) to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for complex incidents, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to service level agreements.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, deliver functional consulting, and ensure solutions meet quality and regulatory standards.
- Maintain documentation, version control, and change management practices for all ServiceNow customizations and automation assets.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience with ServiceNow platform development and administration.
- Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and experience applying them in a large‑scale IT environment.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript and PowerShell, and experience with REST/SOAP API integrations.
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
