About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute security technology roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams to implement security controls, conduct risk assessments, and manage vulnerability remediation.
- Lead incident response planning, tabletop exercises, and post‑incident reviews to strengthen resilience.
- Oversee compliance with industry standards (ISO 27001, GDPR, PCI‑DSS) and internal policies.
- Track program metrics, report progress to senior leadership, and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in security program management or security operations within a large enterprise.
- Strong understanding of risk management frameworks, compliance regulations, and incident response processes.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications (CISM, CISSP, PMP) are a plus.
