Security Systems Engineer responsible for installing, commissioning, and maintaining CCTV, IDS, and related security equipment across multiple sites, ensuring optimal performance through hands‑on troubleshooting and collaboration with construction teams.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Install and commission security equipment including CCTV cameras, IDS, and related hardware.
- Pull cables and run wiring to meet system specifications.
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot security systems using hand and power tools.
- Collaborate with construction teams during site development to integrate security solutions.
- Document installation procedures and maintain system logs.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Texecom alarm systems and Hikvision CCTV solutions.
- Strong knowledge of IDS and related security hardware.
- Hands‑on cable pulling and wiring skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
