Seasoned security architect who partners with strategic enterprise customers to design, implement, and validate secure AWS solutions, focusing on compliance, IAM, and network security across complex cloud environments.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted security advisor to large strategic accounts, guiding them through design and implementation of secure AWS architectures.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to develop tailored security solutions that meet regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Conduct deep‑dive security assessments, threat modeling, and risk analyses to identify gaps and recommend remediation.
- Design and deliver proof‑of‑concepts, workshops, and technical briefings on IAM, encryption, network segmentation, and monitoring services.
- Stay current with AWS security services, industry standards, and emerging threats to provide proactive guidance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing and implementing security solutions on AWS for enterprise customers.
- Strong knowledge of AWS security services (IAM, KMS, GuardDuty, Security Hub, VPC, etc.) and compliance frameworks (PCI‑DSS, HIPAA, GDPR, ISO 27001).
- Proven ability to translate complex security concepts into business value and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Hands‑on experience with network architecture, encryption, identity management, and incident response in cloud environments.
- Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Security – Specialty, CISSP, or equivalent.
