About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine and reactive maintenance on CCTV, access control and intruder alarm installations.
- Diagnose and resolve system faults, ensuring minimal downtime for schools, commercial, industrial, healthcare and government sites.
- Collaborate with service teams to schedule preventive maintenance and upgrade projects.
- Document service calls, parts usage and technical findings in the ticketing system.
- Provide on‑site support and training to client staff as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of proven experience in maintaining CCTV, access control and intruder alarm systems.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently in diverse environments.
- Excellent communication and customer‑service orientation.
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel within the service area.
