Monitor AI‑generated security alerts, review CCTV footage, and determine genuine threats versus false alarms in a 24/7 SOC/NOC environment, supporting real‑time incident response and command‑center operations.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Continuously monitor AI‑driven surveillance alerts across CCTV feeds and network devices.
- Analyze flagged images and videos to validate threats and dismiss false positives.
- Escalate confirmed incidents to the incident response team following defined SOPs.
- Maintain real‑time situational awareness in a command‑center setting, coordinating with NOC and SOC personnel.
- Document alert outcomes, generate daily reports, and contribute to system tuning for improved detection accuracy.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in SOC or NOC operations, preferably with CCTV monitoring.
- Familiarity with AI‑based security surveillance tools and real‑time alert workflows.
- Strong analytical skills to differentiate genuine threats from false alarms.
- Ability to work rotating day and night shifts in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills for clear incident reporting and escalation.
