About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the national security strategy, aligning with global standards and local regulations.
- Lead incident response and threat intelligence activities, ensuring rapid detection, containment, and recovery.
- Design and maintain security architecture for cloud and on‑prem systems, focusing on resilience and scalability.
- Oversee risk assessments, vulnerability management, and penetration testing programs.
- Drive compliance with ISO/IEC 27001, NIST, and local data protection laws.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to embed security best practices into product development and operations.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Deep knowledge of cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP) and security frameworks.
- Proven track record in incident response, threat hunting, and risk management.
- Strong communication skills in Spanish and English, with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, CCSP) preferred.
